What happens at each step.

1. Discover

We start with a free consultation. Before we speak, we review your current site on a phone and a desktop, so the call is useful from the first minute.

A short call about your business, customers and goals.
A written audit of what is helping and hurting your current site.
A look at nearby competitors and how they present themselves.
A fixed quote and timeline, with no obligation to continue.

2. Design

We design the phone screens first, then the desktop. You see real layouts in your brand, not a generic template.

Page structure and the main action for each page.
Mobile and desktop designs using your colours, logo and imagery.
Two rounds of revisions included.
Sign-off before any code is written.

3. Build

We hand-code the site with lean HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript. There are no page-builder plugins to age or break.

A private preview link so you can follow progress.
SEO foundations, structured data, forms and booking wired in.
Strict security headers and bot-protected forms.
Accessibility checks on every page.

4. Launch

We test on real phones, fix what we find, then switch over with zero downtime. Your email is untouched.

Real-device testing and a final speed and security check.
Go-live on your own domain.
A short training session and written documentation.
The option of a care plan to keep it all looked after.

What we need from you

Keeping to four weeks.

The timeline holds when feedback arrives promptly. Here is what we will ask for:

Access to your current domain and hosting, if you have them.
Your logo, brand colours and any photos you would like to use.
Key information: services, prices, opening hours and the areas you serve.
One person who can give feedback and sign off at each step.
Genuine customer reviews, if you would like them shown. We never invent any.

After launch

You own it. We can look after it.

Your domain, content and code are yours from day one. If you take a care plan, we handle hosting, security monitoring, updates and monthly edits. Without one, you receive full training and documentation, and you can come back whenever you need help.
